The famed Shaolin shoe design first came to prominence in China when Shaolin Monks utilized them for their light weight and durable construction. Ideal for outdoor and unpredictable terrain, they were versatile enough to withstand rigorous training up the mystical Songshan Mountain. Their design has now become a staple in many Chinese arts and beyond. Having ventured to the temple three times ourselves, we decided to make a version of our own, while still staying true to the classic, timeless design.
